I see that the bug 218393 appear as resolved, and I have updated the
hal packages, but the problem to connect as user to the usb cam
continues.
I reopen the bug? (I have'nt created it)
Or open a new bug?

For now the only way to use those devices, is executing it with sux
from konsole (logged in kde as user), to have the root permissions.
