No, you should read these documents more closely: It is _announced_ that this
will happen, it is not done yet. Knowing the history of announcements Sun has
made about that topic I would not trust them before they actually _happened_.

First half of year 2007 for making it completely open source is definitely too
late for 10.2, maybe even for 10.3.
