I understand, but when I notice an app that is just doing nothing, but consuming valuable resources, and that for this long time, i think should not go unnoticed.
Why do you think that zmd is not doing anything? You can't know this because zmd does its work invisibly.
You are, again, confusing zmd, zen-updater and rug which each other. These are three different programs: zen-uodater is the visible one, zmd is the invisible one and rug is another one.
I am aware of the fact that zmd is the invisible one... The idea, that 'invisible ones' doing vague things in my pc's, is not of my likings, it is not that they have to be visible, as long as i am aware , or cann see, when i want just 'what' they are doing with my cpu-resource.. I can not imagine, anybody who would dissagree with me on this.. (if so: shoot.)
Just uninstall zmd, rug and zen-updater and be happy. Everything else in this discussion is already known and we really don't need to explain the Zenworks architecture yet again from the beginning.
