Since a few days I have the following symptom when running SuSEconfig:

Executing /sbin/conf.d/SuSEconfig.fonts...
Creating fonts.{scale,dir} files ............
/etc/fonts/suse-font-dirs.conf unchanged
/etc/fonts/suse-hinting.conf unchanged
/etc/fonts/suse-bitmaps.conf unchanged
Creating cache files for fontconfig /var/cache/fontconfig: invalid cache file:
5582bcdff229c67b5fec2ece77d58e8f-x86.cache-2
/var/cache/fontconfig: invalid cache file:
5ca8086aeacc9c68e81a71e7ef846b3b-x86.cache-2
...

And so on. Deleting this files and recreating them doesn't help. I see now
visible problem with the fonts, however.

fonts-config-20060913-10
fontconfig-2.4.1-5

Bug report ;) ?
