There has not been a binary incompatible kernel update since then and
therefore no need to update or even rebuild any KMPs.
Do you really think that every update of this driver will be provided
for SLE10/SL10.1? I doubt that, SUSE does not do this for other packages
either.
These are stable released products, updates are provided only for fixing
actual bugs.
