What do you mean by 'not uptodate'?

Please, be more specific, this does not help too much. For a complex stuff, 
YaST uses proposals that show just the summaries and default = press OK.

Then, there are steps in these categories:
1) required ones (e.g. root password)
2) suggested ones (e.g. timezone selection - user should really look at that 
setting)
3) proposals for easy accepting of defaults.
