How would I get the info about the needed packages (the Requires and 
BuildRequires tags)? Right now I am trying to figure out what packages 
are needed by reading the README/INSTALL files in the tarball, check 
the web and finally look at the output of the configure script. Very 
time consuming and error-prone.
