You have to - we have our own tool for this called FATE:

And most internal stuff goes through FATE.
Sorry, I don't want another tool/method for adding features, instead
just use one - and hope this works out for all of us. The question is
how to "open" FATE in such a way that all of us can use it, it was not
designed for such a large group...
