Henne, if you read this, one thing that can be done and is done on my LUG http://www.culte.org/listes/archivage.html
two things are proposed:
* use of an "X-No-Archive: yes" header that makes your mail not to be archived at all
* Its possible on this list to ask to have the adress masked (in the archives only) by a mail to the list server. I don't know of the system used, but I could give you privately the mail of the list owner, a very brilliant Linux practician (Eric Marsden).

Complains here are about Reply To field, but the list server
