The problem is still in the packages that contain binaries. They are
compiled with the broadest selection of options,
ideally, the patterns could be defined _in build system_ so to give each user a perfectly fitted system (gentoo compiled by oepnSUSE). but is this possible? probably not.
However, is we could define a limited amount of choices (compilation speaking), it could be possible to have then available.
