I looked a bit further and the easiest solution is to do the following:
houghi@penne : diff tld_serv_list.old tld_serv_list.new
108a109
> .eu whois.eu
Then a new `make` and it works.

Even if it is not for 10.0 as it might nog look like a security update, it
should be there for 10.1 (although I have not tested it there, so it coul
be already available)
