Why do you recommend to *companies* a product designed for home
use/enthusiasts?
NLD9 and SLES9 are the right product for companies. If NLD10 and SLES10 would
come out without support for hardware that worked with NLD9 and SLES9, then
yes, your complain is justified.
Otherwise, you should complain that it doesn't work anymore for private
individuals.
