Apache not running.. 10.1 beta1

I've made a standard Apache installation with the example pages, and try
to access it.. No luck, I get an empty page and this in the error_log
[Sun Jan 22 16:09:12 2006] [notice] Apache/2.2.0 (Linux/SUSE) configured
-- resuming normal operations
[Sun Jan 22 16:09:25 2006] [notice] child pid 7440 exit signal
Segmentation fault (11)
This was WITH the PHP5 enabled. If I disable the php5 module, it
shows the server root index.html page without problems.
Ideas?
