If I understand this aright, then I (and many others) can't partcipAte
in the testing in a meaningful way.
There is no way that I can cope with the volume of updates likely to
flood through my modem, even without taking into account other downloads
I value.
Even were I able to have a broadband account, I'd be reluctant to commit
to the download volumes
