Saludos,

para romper la rutina de que pareciera que nunca tengo problemas,
expondré ahora el problemita que tengo. Quiero que Okular me comience
a dictar el contenido de ciertos documentos. Capacidad que si tiene
(mirar menú Herramientas) pero que por extraños motivos perdió, no
recuerdo que hice pero vale, el menú se ve activo, pero cuando quiero
que comience el dictado, escucho nada.

A exponer el caso:

Serv. Festival trabajando y configurado.
Paquetes requeridos de Festival y speech-dispatcher instalados (como
indiqué, me trabajo Okular un par de veces.)

Síntoma:
Eva04:/home/ikari # rcspeech-dispatcher start
Starting speech dispatcher startproc:  exit status of parent of
/usr/bin/speech-dispatcher: 1                failed
Otro síntoma kttsd no está trabajando, revisando el panel de control
de KDE4, Apariencia del Espacio de Trabajo y
Comportamiento/Accesibilidad en el apartado Texto a Voz (Text to
Speech), me indica que kttsd no se está ejecutando, además de que no
se puede visualizar las opciones de voz. Cosa que si estuvo
disponible.
Prové Festival en su consola con (SayText "Hello") y no hay problema,
pero si intento: spd-conf -d sale que no puede, que no esta iniciado
el servicio. Mirad:

Python can't find the Speech Dispatcher library.
Is it installed? This won't prevent Speech Dispatcher to work, but no
Python applications like Orca will find it.
Search for package like python-speechd.

Antes del problema, instale esto: python-speechd, procederé a su
desintalación pero primero leere lo que sigue.

Al realizar la busqueda del problema, encontré esta web:

A ver si para el día de mañana puedo presentar algún avance en esta búsqueda. ;P
