¿Quieres decirme si con esa "presentación" (que es de los propios 
desarrolladores de KDE), cualquier usuario (novel o experto) podría ser
capaz de discernir claramente cuál era el estado "real" de kde 4.0 
cuando salió?

Ya te digo que, yo, al menos, NO.

¿Por qué narices le quitaron la etiqueta de BETA o RC a la 4.0 que 
salió en enero de 2008? ¿A quién pretendían engañar? ¿Era o NO era 
Beta?

Rafa, leyendo la información que proporciona KDE, te aseguro que entiendo 
que KDE 4.0 es una versión "estable y para uso diario", lo cual, creo 
que se aleja mucho de la realidad :-/
