Si no recuerdo mal, estos son para placas especiales, son expansiones pasivas (o activas) para placas preparadas:

Specifications

AR-MB4D and AR-MB7D are designed for Acrosser's PCI-Bus CPU
card to support both PCI and ISA interface cards on one backplane.
They function like traditional PICMG backplane but slash the space
remarkably.

On the backplanes there is a PCI to ISA bridge to transfer data
between PCI and ISA bus.
Following is a block diagram of these backplanes
