El tema es que tengo 3 particiones.
1) swap
2) /
3) /home
Pero cuando instalo programas, los mismos se instalan en carpetas dentro
de / es por eso que ya esta al 85%.

Con algunos tipos de partición, sí se puede expandir. Con reiser, pe. Yo
no lo he hecho.
Pero ya te he dicho que yo no haría una partción raiz muy grande donde
meter todo: es buscarte problemas. Pon ese espacio de datos en otra
partición.
