Así podremos darte una respuesta más acertada. Porque si dices que puedes montar la partición, es posible que al actualizar con YOU te haya cambiado este fichero menu.lst (El grub lo lee directamente, y cambiar el fichero afecta al boot sin necesidad de reinstalar el grub)
