What could happen with my Gnome 1.4 (SuSE 8.0). It was working fine ((a
little slow, but it used to work :) ), but by now the startup process
hangs. I just left it without use by around a half hour yesterday and it
begins to hang. After a long waiting I halt linux SuSE 8.0.
At night, I log in as user (choosing Gnome) again and it was seeming that it will work... startup screen, tips, ...and Gnome startup process stops. Why?
I tried to change, in the Amibios Setup - Advanced setup, Graphic win size to 128MB (a hopeless man can make each type of things, isn't? :)
Some ideas?
KDE 3 is running without any problem.
