Buenas... nuevamente problemas, y esta vez no se por qué, ya que hace 2 meses lo hice en otra maquina el mismo proceso y no me dió ningun problema.
La cuestión esta vez es que tras bajarme los drivers de la web de NVIDIA, y seguir las instrucciones ( Primero instalo el parche del kernel, luego las librerias, tras borrar las anteriores, y editar el fichero /etc/X11/X86Config)... El error es el siguiente tras haber editado XF86Config y haber puesto como driver "nvidia" en vez de "nv" y Load "glx", es imposible y debo de arrancar con el driver "nv":

pues yo tuve exactamente el mismo problema y me daba el mismo error, y la solucion fue una tonteria, estaba tratando de instalar los rpms del SuSE 7.3 y tenia instalado el 8.0, te fijastes en eso?
