Να περνάτε καλά ;-) Κώστας Κουδάρας ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Alan ClarkDate: 2011/3/30 Subject: opensuse.gr approved To: Kostas Koudaras Κοιν: Ask Permission HI Kostas I know you are aware of this from the last project meeting, but I wanted to send you an official email to inform you that the openSUSE board met and has granted you permission to use our openSUSE trademark. Here's the legal ease: We grant you permission to continue to use our openSUSE trademark in your opensuse.gr domain name. This permission has certain conditions. First, you must agree that openSUSE is a Novell trademark, and any goodwill generated by your use will benefit openSUSE.org. Second, you must acknowledge that Novell expects the content at opensuse.gr to be of high quality and integrity, consistent with our industry's standards. Third, you must agree that you have no right to authorize others to use our openSUSE trademark, or to use our openSUSE trademark yourself outside the bounds of this permission. Fourth, you must post prominently on your website a notice stating that "openSUSE is a registered trademark of Novell, Inc. and is used with permission." Fifth, you must acknowledge that Novell will accept no liability for your use of the openSUSE trademark. And finally, please be aware that Novell can revoke this permission at any time and for any reason (or no reason). Thanks for being part of the openSUSE community. I've enjoyed getting to know you.
