Subject: openSUSE:Education-Li-f-e now powers Relgue.org computers. Date: Monday, November 04, 2013, 12:20:21 PM From: Ken Starks
To: press@opensuse.org, abebe@suse.de It's our pleasure to announce that Reglue.org has adopted the use of openSUSE:Education-Life as the operating system that powers all the computers given to Relgue kids.
Reglue is a non profit that accepts broken or decommissioned computers, refurbishes them, then places them in the homes of financially-disadvantaged children in Central Texas.
To date, Reglue has successfully placed 1600+ computers and set up a number of technology learning centers in and around financially challenged neighborhoods in and surrounding Austin Texas.
We are excited to spread this news so if there is anyone that wants to speak with us about it, we are here to answer questions.
Ken Starks Executive Director Reglue.org
