[opensuse-edu] Xmind and building from sources

Hi folks, i just found this project: http://www.xmind.net/
looks to be a good project.
i check on how build it from source, but looks impossible to do it from
command line (and then using spec file)

any idea on how do it? precompiled binaries are provided, but if
possible i would like to NOT use them
