They want to deliver a preloaded image based on SLED11 - and for this 
image, they want a extra openSUSE-Education add-on like for SLED10. But 
this time, we're free to tell them what it should look like! :-)

Important for us: they don't want all 400 packages from the current 
Education repository - just a subset of the best ~60 packages for 
maintenance reasons.

I've now a list of their current prefered packages - it's up to us now 
to review this list and enhance it.

As the page title suggests, I think this list should not be specific for 
HP-Education - but specific for openSUSE-Education. ;-)

2) Building a Sugar-Live-CD

Reading the transcript, I like the idea to have a Live-Media only with 
Sugar apps. The first setup is done in the Education repo, but needs 
more investigation - we are working on it!

3) OpenOffice for Kids

Please have a look at

and talk about it... Eric Bachard is at least available in our IRC 
Channel and we shurely can forward any feedback to him.

4) Status 1.0

I'll hopefully release the final version end of this week. Just need the 
latest fixes for Pysycache integrated in the ISO. All other problems 
are fixed meanwhile :-)
