Looks like the last one is really a bug - I'll update the package today,
so you can try it again. But be warned: the package is not in a "final"
state: means there's a lot of work that needs to be done to get
openadmin installed really smothly on openSUSE. If you like, you can
help us getting it packaged right by reporting any bug you find here in
the mailinglist.
Thanks - and kind regards,

I run openSUSE 11.1
OS: Linux 2.6.27.21-0.1-pae i686
Current user: root@55-1-200-195
System: openSUSE 11.1 (i586)
KDE: 4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3) "release 4.9"
I install with yast (I guess that is standard) and the first time I
tried to install openadmin from the opensuse-edu repo, Yast was
complaining about a missing: perl-Crypt-GeneratePassword
I found the repo in:
download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/perl/openSUSE_11
.1/
Yes. That repository is included in the official released versions on
download.opensuse-education.org - and it should also be included if you
install the package via "One-Click" install from software.o.o./search
and tried to install openadmin again. Yast complained now about a
missing: perl-time-julianday
I found, that "perl-time-julianday" is part of:
perl-time-modules (version: 2006.0814-124.4)
which I found in:
download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.1/repo/oss
But that does not help me for Yast, which refuses to install the
package anyway.
Can you help me to solve that problem of mine. I would be really
happy about that.
