Do you use a package installer, or are you installing the package manually
(rpm -Uvh openSIS*)? In case you use the latter, change it for a package
installer like e.g. yast2, or zypper. They will take care that the
dependencies are downloaden and installed.

Package seems to build fine, I don't see any failure errors in the build
logs.
I downloaded the the rpm and tried to install it i get this
error: Failed dependencies:

php5-pear-mail is needed by openSIS-4.2.0-58.1.noarch
php5-pear-mail_mime is needed by openSIS-4.2.0-58.1.noarch
