Step 4. Run kiwi-ltsp-setup -cd to build live cd
Run kiwi-ltsp-setup -u to build live USB (keep the stick
plugged in and unmounted)

Great, will give this another go - ran out of time before.
Any one used the net boot option in grub? This seems to be the way for us,
as we will be dual booting with windows.
PXE booting does not require any change to grub at all.
USB option looks good, for machines we can't put grub onto, is there much
docs on this?
