There is hardly anything to it:

1. 1-click installation of kiwi-ltsp-prebuilt (First 1-click link that
says Recommended)

Done

2. Change /etc/sysconfig/kiwi-ltsp according to your network setup

Done

Attach this file here.

3. Run kiwi-ltsp-setup -c

Done

Do you have firewall turned off on the server?

Boot up the clients.

Nothing...

Can't boot any of the clients with ltsp

Try pxe booting normal desktop/laptop to check if the server is
configured properly.

Can't build any boot images, just get errors

With "prebuilt" image you do not have to build anything.

Attach the full logs of the errors, just saying it does not work and
you get error is not much help in solving your problem.

Not quite the plug and play as sold

We are not selling anything :), it is plug and play if you just go
over the instructions here carefully: http://en.opensuse.org/LTSP

Cheers
