Lars,
If I'm reading the time charts correctly
gmt 17:00 = 13:00 edt and 12:00 edst
that would make all the times in the US. during work ours
between 1pm and 10am this would work fine here, since we should most assuredly  
include the UK we might want to go with either 1600 or 1800 GMT
I think Lars would be the deciding vote because he is the one closest to 
bedtime.
