I like to have those packages directly in education - so I've added you as
maintainer to the project.
I've added stardict as "aggregate" to Education:desktop - so the packages from
your project will be linked directly without any rebuild.

I've added the original packagers from openSUSE to my answer - perhaps they
can have a look at your packages and update them for openSUSE factory (aka
10.3).
