I guess this is the answer on: Who am I?

It seems to be more in wiki style to list in this order:

Author can use Wiki built in categories, for instance:
[[Category:Constructivism]]
It is up to reviewer experience where to put program, later other wiki editors
can reuse that categorization to create other forms of wiki browsing helpers,
like indexes or Portal pages.
The only thing that has to be set in advance to prevent many similar
categories is list of categories for educational software.
Your and Lars posts remind me that there is more than one type of review, with
slight differences in list of relevant subtopics.
The education should be put on something like:
http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Software_Overview_-_Education
Page doesn't exist, as I didn't want to go over your wish to develop idea here
first, but wiki is invented for collaborative effort, so go ahead.
