Free Libre Open Source Software In Education

It's very long because 'Free' means two different things in English, 
either 'no cost' or 'at liberty'. Some people prefer' Free Software', some 
argue for 'Open Source Software' rather than get involved in pointless 
arguments the schools crowd adopted 'FLOSS' and from that 'FLOSSIE'

It is slightly amusing in English because Flossie is a cute old-fashioned 
nickname for a girl with the real name 'Florence'.
