Your filter probably should use the List-Post header or similar, rather than subject. (I notice this list still has no List-Id.) I think it's normal just to send to list if you know the original poster is subscribed, but not all email clients support mailing lists well (with RFCs 2369 and 2919), so "reply to all" is the nearest they can do.
