Hi
For those interested, HelpMeICT (our GPL helpdesk software) version 0.72
has been released with some minor enhancements including the ability to
record the time taken by support staff in tackling and/or solving the
problem.
You can download it from the Sourceforge project page:

and try the online demo (and download it):
