Hi all:
I am currently running a Cisco Academy at my school and using hyper terminal to connect to the routers to program them. I have now attached one of the routers to a Linux box but have no idea of what and how I can replicate the Hyper terminal software. Any help much appreciated.
Paul Hi Paul,
You'll probably find that minicom (for console) or seyon (for X) will fill the bill. That's assuming you were using a standard serial connexion, which using Hyperterminal I guess you were. You may find, though, that you can telnet onto the Cisco boxes. -- Best wishes, Derek
