I think, Phil, that as of KDE 2.0, these items were
"hard-coded" into the interface. Just as an aside,
you'll have to remember to remove the keyboard
shortcut for <ALT-F2> which will also bring up the
"Run Command" dialogue box.
You could always try FVWM2 (AnotherLevel -- Lestiff
style), much nicer than KDE and a lot less bloated :-)
But that's just my own choice.
