Hi all:
I am currently at Bournemouth and Poole college undertaking Cisco
indoctrination but have come across (as you do) and interesting Linux problem.
They are trying to run Oracle for their students to practice real sql but it
is not working. They have followed al the how-tos and the installation was
fine. They have followed suggestions about setting variables but when they
run sqlplus they get the message that "libclsntsh.so.8.o" is not available. I
did a search for it and it does not exist in the system. Any suggestions? I
am busy with 3 exams a day and when I tried to install Oracle at home I was
told that 256MB RAM was not enough. Any help much appreciated.
Paul
PS Phil, quid pro quo?
