Yes, you could do. That would mean that changes wouldn't stick. Although it
could get very nasty when you think about all the permissions and ensuring
that it will all work in the end ;)

So, that's given me a good idea for a nice piece of software to write when
I've improved my KDE/Qt skills -- a nice policy editor application to make
this kind of thing easy :)
