I read this and thought it was very poorly written and also quite unfair in
some areas. The windows solution could have been done far, far cheaper than
what was suggested there, in fact the student system's price was completely
ludicrous. I also think there was a lot more bias towards Unix, for
example, the choice of thin client like workstations wasn't even attempted
using NT Terminal server, and therefore it wasn't really a srict comparison.
