I believe that the Front Side Bus (FSB) refers to the bus between the CPU
and RAM.
The Athlon has supported a 266MHz FSB for some time, Modern Intel CPUs
support a 133MHz FSB

What you are refering to here is the Clock multiplier and Frequency settings
for the configuraton of a CPU.
