I certainly enjoyed the meeting very much and meeting various people face to face for the first time and seeing others again. The turnout was very encouraging, I thought. I don't know if LWN would report it, but I think yes: it's worth a try. Also as I said I'll try to get something out in other ways too. I've just subscribed various people to the list - please post a message to say hello and introduce yourselves. When Paul has posted his write-up we'll go into discussion mode about the formation of OSIE - also I'll make a suggestion about a new list etc: however I'd rather not propose anything definite about these things till I've met UKUUG people on Thursday afternoon. Just out of interest, when the comments/results/etc are published, do you think it would be worth a quick post to Linux Weekly News and/or the Seul/Edu report ... ?
Would be nice to have some UK news for a change :-) (I would say post it to linuxuk.co.uk, but their DNS is still broken ...)
