Access web pages via ISDN router

I'm a newbie at this so apologies for the simple question.

I've installed Suse Linux 6.4 on a RM Connect station with LILO on a floppy so I can dual boot the station. I can see the NT server ok from within Linux so the network card is set up fine. What I want to be able to do is access the web via our router. There is no proxy server on site here - we dial in to RM's proxy for web access on the Connect network. Is it Netscape that needs to be set up to do this or are there other settings necessary within Linux or both. If so, what are they?

Many thanks
