Don't know the details, but typically, these are
configured using things like :
1. Web interface (assumes a working IP in the first place of course)
2. Bootp/Rarp type system
3. Some clever poking about with arp and ping

These are some of the techniques used - I don't know
about this specific machine.

This will only work if you other machines are configured
to be on the same IP network (in terms of network numbers)
- ie have IP addresses numbered in the same range : 192.0.0.X
with the same subnet mask.

Are they ?  Does the ping work (I assume not ;-)
