Schools distribution based on SuSE ...

If you read Linux weekly news (http://lwn.net) you may have noticed that someone has a distribution for schools, based on SuSE. Sounds interesting, but the web site is in German ! Someone has sent in an English description - see : http://lwn.net/2000/0921/a/kmlinux.php3 It would be interestering to know if there are bits that could be picked up, and added to the standard SuSE distribution - a sort of educational 'add-on' package .... ?
