The message has come down from on high to introduce ourselves. OK This is East Norfolk Sixth Form College. We've got it on two boxes - a standalone and a network box. The network box is loopy. We have NT with DHCP and it can get an IP address from the DHCP server, but can't ping anything. The standalone is fun. We have a 13Gb hard disc dual booting with win9x with two DOS partitions. (Old hang up) Getting the partitions to work was *FUN*. Dos doesn't (may I should stop with that) like working with linux created partitions. It doesn't like creating extended partitions without discs in them. Oh and we wanted Linux below cylinder 1024 - lilo problems. Otherwise, it's up, working and generally behaving itself much better than our last Unix box - SCO with no X.
