Hi All !
The GIMP teams says they found a way to generate ODF from DocBook XML.
Maybe we could do the same...
This could be beneficial for LfL.

To: GIMP Docs
Hi folks,
I added the docbook2odf support today. To create ODF files, grab the
docbook2odf package from:
http://open.comsultia.com/docbook2odf/
Run the configure script again and create ODF files by typing:
make odf
It was very slow on my machine because of a preprocessing step (it
copied every single image to a temporary directory). I'd like to get
some comments if someone tries to create ODF files.
Cheers,
