Normalerweise wird der Rechner ganz normal aus KDE runter gefahren und 
in 7 von 10 Fällen ist dann ein manuelles Ausschalten notwendig, damit 
der Rechner endgültig aus ist.

Nein, für alle Benutzer erlaubt, ich weiß ja nicht, wann meine Tochter 
ihren Rechner nicht mehr braucht. Um das zu entscheiden ist sie alt 
genug.

Wenn der Rechner runter fährt, kommt noch zum Schluss, dass /sbin/halt 
ausgeführt wird und dann kommt ein poweroff. Es reagiert zwar kein Gerät 
mehr, aber der Rechner ist noch eingeschaltet.
