Ich habe die loesung gefuenden:

Ich solte die /etc/sysconfig aendern und die
/etc/apache2/mod_userdir.conf ins
YaST2->System->/etc/sysconfig
Edit->Network/WWW/Apache2->APACHE_CONF_INCLUDE_FILES
setzen.
