Sorry, wenn fuer das Verstaendnis Deiner Emails das Studium anderer Mailinglisten noetig wird, dann ziehe ich meinen Hilfeversuch zurueck. Unter Kernel 2.6 ist IMHO jedenfalls ide-scsi weder noetig noch erwuenscht. Fest steht auf jedenfalls, wenn ich ide-scsi mache, daß dann URL CD:/// nicht mehr funktioniert. Das ist der Grund, warum ich in yast CD nicht mehr als Quell-Softwaremedium auswählen kann. Ich habe es jetzt zurückgebildet und es funktioniert wieder.
